Done-for-you Agentic AI
Give your team time back
We design, build and connect custom AI departments, agents and workflows around how your business operates, then refine them for 90 days after launch.
Create your AI departmentWhat you get
- Done for youWe design, build and connect the system. Your team escapes from repetitive tasks.
- Built around your businessThe departments, agents and workflows follow your work, data, tools and decisions.
- 90 days of refinementWe stay after launch to improve the build based on how your team actually uses it.
AI should remove work, not create another job
Most businesses already have access to more AI tools they can use.
The problem is that people are still spending expensive human hours on work that does not require all of their judgement: recurring research, reporting, requests, monitoring, information gathering, routing and administration.
The goal is less work for the people who should be doing something more valuable.
Your AI operating system is designed around your business
There is no fixed number of departments or agents. The AI architecture expands as far as the business needs.
- 01Business contextThe knowledge the system needs to understand your company: positioning, customers, priorities, products, processes, previous decisions and internal knowledge.
- 02Departments, agents & workflowsThe AI capacity required to carry the actual work, from specialist agents to recurring workflows and connected business functions.
- 03Human judgement & integrationsThe system connects to the tools you already use and stops wherever commercial judgement, customer context, accountability or risk requires a person.
Your team tells us what we need to build
- 01
Find the bottleneck
We identify the recurring work consuming capacity and decide what is valuable enough to move.
- 02
Design the system
We map the business context, agents, workflows, integrations and human decision points required to carry that work.
- 03
Build & put it into real work
We build and connect the system inside the business. We launch system by system rather than attempting one enormous AI transformation.
- 04
Refine it for 90 days
Your team uses the system. Real work exposes missing context, exceptions and new requirements. We refine the agreed build around what actual usage shows us.

Full Agentic AI Build
We build the operating system for you.
Departments, agents and workflows built system by system around the capacity your business actually needs.
90 days of post-launch refinement included.
Discuss a full build
Is this worth building for your company?
A fit
- There is recurring work. Enough repetition or operational strain exists that solving it has commercial value.
- Someone senior owns the decision. A person with authority can decide what changes, what stops and what remains human.
- The business will expose the real workflow. The build needs to reflect how the work actually happens.
Not a fit
- AI for the sake of having AI. If there is no meaningful business problem, there is nothing useful to build.
- Headcount reduction is the primary objective. We build systems to remove low-value work from people.
- The business is too early to model. If the operating behaviour is not stable yet, it is premature to systematise it.
FAQ
Is this just buying more AI tools?
No. Most companies already own more AI tools than they use. The first question is what work should stop requiring the team. The system is then built around that work, using your existing tools wherever possible.
Is this designed to replace people?
No. The objective is to remove repetitive and low-value work from people's plates so their time moves toward judgement, relationships, decisions and original work. Anywhere a decision has consequences, the system routes it to a person.
Do we need to replace our existing stack?
Usually not. The build starts with the tools and data you already use. New technology is introduced only where there is a clear reason for it.
How customised is the system, and what do we own?
Completely. There is no standard number of departments, agents or workflows. Our price quote and your architecture is built around your business context, operating processes, tools and bottlenecks.
At handover, the system built for your company and its documented architecture belong to your business. The objective is not permanent dependence on Narrative Stack.
What happens during the 90-day refinement period?
Your team uses the system in real work. That exposes missing context, exceptions, routing problems and gaps that could not reliably be identified before launch.
We use those 90 days to refine the agreed build around what actual usage shows us. Materially new systems or expanded scope are quoted separately.
How long does a build take and what does it cost?
A Pilot runs in weeks rather than quarters because it is deliberately scoped around one meaningful bottleneck. A Full Build is implemented system by system.
Timeline and pricing depend on the number of systems involved, which parts of the business they touch and the integrations required. The first conversation establishes whether the problem is valuable enough to justify building around it.
