Hands-on AI workshops for leadership

Book a workshop

You bring the problem. We build against it.

All workshops are tailored, so everyone works on their own business and their own material from the start. What you build stays with you after our session is done.

“A very practical session and I even came away with three AI advisors that I created during the workshop — definitely something I'll be putting to use!”

What do you want AI to change?

Using AI: Cognitive Modelling for Leaders

Build the perspectives you wish you had in the room.

What is this workshop about?

Most of us consume endless advice from podcasts, news, emails, etc. Very few consciously design how they think and identify patterns.

Cognitive Modelling is a method for turning the judgement, decision frameworks and thinking patterns you value into AI-powered strategic advisors you can use repeatedly.

In this workshop, you'll build your own Board of Advisors and your own decision system. Bring one real issue you are currently dealing with and put that issue in front of it.

What can you build in two hours?
  1. 01
Extract your first advisorStart with a real founder, operator or thinker whose decision-making is visible through long-form public work. We extract how they make decisions and create strategies.
  2. 02
Design the advisor who doesn't existBuild a perspective your current network does not give you: a particular strategic function, combination of traits or way of thinking.
  3. 03
Build deliberate disagreementAdd an advisor designed to challenge your natural bias rather than reinforce it. I always suggest to bring different perspectives in your Board of Advisors, so you don't create an echo chamber where everyone agrees with you.
  4. 04
Put a real decision through the boardYour advisors challenge the problem independently before their perspectives are compared. You interrogate the trade-offs and take the decision back to your own judgement.
  5. 05
Test whether the board deserves to stayIf an advisor gives generic answers, it is incomplete. You learn how to recognise weak modelling and improve it.
What will you leave with from this workshop?
  • A working AI board of advisors built around the way you make decisions.
  • A method for building additional advisors yourself.
  • And a system you can return to whenever you need a strategist, challenger, operator, coach or genuinely different point of view.
Testimonials

“The most useful hour I have spent this quarter.”

Marisa KamallFounder of GAIA

“I attended one of Daniela's AI workshops. Her approach inspired me so much that I went home and used her process of cognitive modeling to build an AI support team for my own agency, drawing on the people and authors who have shaped how I think about change management, organizational design and facilitation. That, to me, is the best kind of workshop: you leave with more than a new idea. You leave wanting to build something with it.”

Using AI: Operational Modelling for Business Owners

Stop adding AI to your workload. Start giving it work.

What is this workshop about?

Most business owners have added AI to their week, but very few have taken anything off it.

So this workshop starts somewhere else:
What does the business repeatedly need done and why does a human still need to carry all of it?

Operational Modelling takes several recurring pieces of work, extracts the business judgement behind it and turns that into the first working part of an AI operating system.

You do not build a theoretical AI department. You build yours in the room.

What's happening during this workshop?
  1. 01
Build the business brainWe start with the context every useful agent needs: how you work, what you care about, what you are betting on, what you have already done and who you serve.
  2. 02
Design the organisation around the workYou create the AI organisation your business actually needs. I'll guide you, but you'll create an AI department tailored to your business and your work specifically.
  3. 03
Choose the job you most want goneOne recurring piece of work becomes the starting point. Often it is the weekly job you avoid, the admin nobody wants or something that should not still depend on you.
  4. 04
Build the first working agents and workflowsWe turn that job into a system that can run on a schedule, with the right context, instructions and output. The work arrives whether or not somebody remembered to ask for it.
  5. 05
Define where the machine stopsA useful agent also knows when not to decide. We define the point at which the system escalates to a human: a customer, client, public-facing decision or anything else where judgement needs to remain with a person.
What do you leave with from this workshop?
  • The first working piece of your own AI department.
  • A framework for identifying what should be delegated next.
  • And a different way of looking at AI: not as another tool your team has to use, but as operational capacity you can deliberately design.

Built for rooms where real decisions get made

The business material comes from the people in the room.

Who runs the workshops?

I run every workshop personally. I have spent 15+ years working in tech industries and building and scaling marketing functions in complex B2B businesses.

Every workshop runs on your materials. What I teach is designed to survive the next model release, because the important part is the thinking underneath the system.

FAQ

Do participants need to be technical?

Not for Cognitive Modelling for Leaders. It runs on tools most participants already know how to operate. The work is about thinking, judgement and decisions.

Operational Modelling asks more of the room because participants need to understand their business well enough to identify where work comes from, where it goes and where judgement sits.

Neither workshop requires participants to be developers.

Who are the workshops for?

People who carry decisions: founders, business owners, C-suite leaders, directors and senior operators across functions.

Can you tailor the workshop to our company or community?

Yes. We decide who will be in the room, what they need to be able to do afterwards and which workshop fits that objective. The participants then work on their own business material during the session.

What does a workshop cost?

Pricing depends on the workshop, number of participants, format and location, including travel where an in-person session requires it. Send me an email with details and I will quote it based on the scope.

Ready to bring this into your team?

Bring me into the room, tell me your business problem and what you want people to be able to do. I'll recommend the workshop and format that fits.
